You can actually use AOL's recently released sync beta at http://aolsync.aol.com/main.do which will allow you to take your contacts from both Outlook and AOL and keep both accounts synced.
Once you've logged in, you can click on "Download Software" under Outlook Plugin and install the Outlook sync plugin. This will allow you to sync your contacts and calendar between your AOL account and your Outlook.
