I am sorry but I do not understand what exactly you are asking. All trees and plants have certain requirements to live and thrive. What needs to be taken into consideration is the climate, soil conditions, and water. I am not familiar with South America and you may want to do some research to see if a Maple tree will grow there. Here, in the Sacramento Valley and Foothills they thrive and are beautiful especially in the fall providing wonderful fall colors. As far as exporting trees from the US to South America I have no idea but would imagine there are very strict requirements and guidelines to follow.
