Existence of God?

Cool How certain are you of the existence of God? Here are some possible starting points:

"I BELIEVE THE BIBLE, TALMUD, KORAN, OTHER."___"I ADHERE TO A RELIGIOUS BELIEF, BUT I CAN'T PROVE GOD'S EXISTENCE."___"I DON'T HAVE A CONCEPT OF A SUPERNATURAL ENTITY." ___ "I CAN'T PROVE THERE IS NO GOD, BUT I CAN DISPROVE YOURS."

Logically, the only stance that is consistent is that of agnosticism - it is impossible to prove or disprove the existence of a sufficiently abstract god.

 Pragmatically, given the huge amount of waste, senseless suffering, and the basic apathy of the universe to our existence and suffering on the one hand, and the constant replacement of supernatural explanations with better understanding of the laws of nature on the other, it seems very doubtful that a god as described in the bible and holy scriptures exists.
