I have been having problems with one of my knees. It is very uncomfortable and difficult to sit for long periods of time. I was told to try some knee strengthening exercises but am not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
hmm you could try swimming it's enjoyable and can also be a theraphy to your knee pain problem.
If your knees are discomforting, then you should try to strengthen them. Take really good care of your joints and incorporate good knee exercises into your exercise program.
