Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

I watched your question from the day you posted it.  The reason you didn't recieve an answer is simple: Lack of information.  In order to give you a good answer one has to examine your case: How severe it is ? at what angles it hearts ? How much are you limited in your movements ? What hurts you most ? is it getting better (day by day) ?, how did it all started ? ......  etc, etc,.....
In general my advice is: Find the movement that hurts you most and repeat doing that movement again and again (don't push it hard, go slowly from the minimum you can and gradually increase it [angle, distance, and speed]).
Best regards,

You may have a rotator cuff problem.  If you have trouble (pain) lifting your arm(s) straight out to the side.   Search the web for rotator cuff exercises.

Hope you get better.

Nitric Oxide as a therapeudic not as an anabolic.  Gelatin, and the herb, Horsetail as capsuls or tea.  Exercise is vital, but only should be done after a good majority of pain is gone... Don't force... and most of the time, surgery should be considered as a last resort... I should know because I have had this debilating situation and nutritionaly a lot can be done... very little nutritional fortification of an individuals shoulder is out ther from the web, books or your favorite Doctor.
