Kpoop, let's discuss an important ethical consideration: qualification for public office.

Many public offices have non-specific requirements: merely a plurality at a local election. If the candidate verifies that he has won the election by a clear plurality, the other candidates must concede the election or contest the result.

The recent Presidential Election is one such issue: regardless the unethical conduct of Barrack Obama, Candidate McCain conceded the election. That does not mean Obama holds the office legally: he merely got a concession. Matters of legality are still under consideration and will go to court.

McCain may run for President again, and if the Supreme Court so directs, they may appoint McCain President in the very likely event that incumbent Obama is impeached in the House and tried in the Senate. In the event of a hung ballot, the Supreme Court then directs the verdict by at least a 5/4 majority. The Speaker of the House only accedes the Presidency at the direction of the Supreme Court (Case: Gerald Ford.)

Considering the unethical mode of the Obama Presidency, it is all too likely that he will be impeached and removed, along with Vice President Biden.
