1.If u have something like the project-its a best indication to estimate another one but a) don't rely on the belief that your experience will make it shorter or easier or cheaper. b)after the first project many believe that they r able to enlarge and take much more complicated tasks.don't harry !! don't jump !!
2. with no personal experience u must ask someone with knowledge--and double the time and to add 50 % to expenses.
