Today, I got an email message "Error loading Address Book" and all my contacts were gone. I use a Mac computer running OS 10.4.11. Is there a way to recover this address info?
I sent a note to aol via their "contact us" network and strangely enough, the problem disappeared halfway through my next morning's email session. If anyone else is still having a problem, they might try that route. I thanked the folks at aol, but I'm not sure if they did anything to clear up the problem. Not a peep out of aol.
