He was never arrested or charged at the site where he parked, with keys out of his ignition after a bout of vertigo/dizziness from his Multiple Sclerosis, which has suffered for almost 13 years DX at 24.His case was dropped by prosecuting Atty. E.Geddis, was later picked up "after her appt.as judge!", by a mr."make my name for myself in a small town, still swayed by KKK members," DAN "want my 99%conviction rate!" ROSE(dan rose). He later went on to punish Mr. Anderson, mostly because of an ennept attorney by the name of Lyle Dickson, who was held in contempt of court on multiple occasion, By the late dying "hallucinating on morphine sulfate and dying of lung cancer and liver cirrhosis," Judge "HANG'EM HIGH!" Hagerty. This was a shadow of his former self who died of alledged overdose during and shortley after the trial was complete. This judge had nothing but contempt and venemous hate towards Mr. Lyle Dickson, which he later displacement on Mr. Anderson after Mr. L.Dickson was fired and reported to the state law board for disbarment! The real shame of the case was prosecuting atty. Daniel Roses reporting him to the state medical board and further going to the state's district attorneys office which reviewed thousands of prescriptions written to Mr. Anderson for his Multiple Sclerosis and related symptoms and all prescriptions written by Mr.Anderson as a Clinician, all the found was a script pad from were he worked in his coat pocket and the fact of the matter was Mr. Anderson wrote a precription as a clinician and with permission of Dr. Victoria Langston,"who cried for Eric Anderson, being tricked by DA,s office and prosecuter Dan Rose to lie and falsefy statements for the DA,s office. Mr. Anderson worked for her prescribed and she would on many occassions write scripts for Mr. Anderson for MS related symptoms. However, once the DA's office gets talked into a million dollar investigation,"and complete waste of tax payers dollars over a TWELVE dollar precription which was billed to medicaid when MR. Anderson, B.S. and Master of science, PA-C, was nailed for a prescription he didn't even sign was nailed to the cross because Walgreens Pharmacy billed it to medicaid when Mr. Anderson had not been on it for months. Mr. Cox acted he really caught something so large for thr people, yet Mr. Cox will tell you that they don't really go after the "BIG DOGS!" of medicaid/Medicare fraud, such as those who use dead doctors medical license numbers acquired of prescriptions and et cetera to place MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR ordersfor the latest and greatest wheelchairs(think Ethan Hawkin) and other super expensive multiple medical supplies on the backs of tax payers and dead doctors ID #'s for none exsistent patients.
