If you want to make good quality short clips, fujifilm makes good digital slr cameras. You will need a UV filter and you would use the same equipment that you would use for any good photos. Afternoon sun is always best. Bright sunshine is less than optimal. Photos in the rain be interesting. After you have made your clips or stills, you can unload them to your hard drive, use a photo program to enhance, resize, etc. (Anything going to the internet should be only 72 pixels per inch.) and make your streaming video on a Movie maker program. Experiment! You don't really need alot of equipment. If you are interested in professional photography, then I suggest some classes at your community college.
