If Supreme Court Nominee SOTOMAYOR goes against the best qualified applicants for jobs that very much need those who are best qualified, how would she decide on those at the bottom of medical schools, if they need an unequal "boost" to make them equal? Would you want a med school person operating on you, knowing that they weren't remotely qualified, but "Good Old Sonia" demands their equal rights? And that is all it takes to make them a proficient doctor... maybe a witch-doctor, but not one I would be proud to see the MD diploma on the wall. If equal rights are so important to Sotomayor and all the Congress and Senate men and women who get the best medical ....
