Your daughter in law should talk to her doctor (when she will decide to get pregnant) because there might be an interaction between the disease the drug she takes (for the Eosinophilic Esophagitis & the Crohn's disease) that might influence the pregnancy.

I know of 2 types of drugs used to treat this condition. The first group includes proton pump inhibitors such as Pantoprazole and Esomeprazole. Not enough research has been conducted in order to get a clear picture of their effect on pregnancy. The other group includes steroids, that are anti inflammatory drugs.
