Wendell, No, you cannot garnish your tenants salary, unless he signed a wage garnishment paper with you when he first took the apartment. You can file a case in court to have him removed for non payment of rent. However, this process takes a few months. But do it anyway. Then find yourself a better tenant. Good luck.
