Eww! Why in the world would Demi Moore do leech treatment? Maybe they detox your blood or something, but that just sounds so gross and painful, I would never even consider doing it! Would you?

as far as I know leeches have been used for centuries for medical treatment. I can't see any reason to do it today, but I would be interested in hearing reasons.
Acupuncture certainly seemed backwards a few years ago and these days I am certain it has medical benefits.
