Should folding lawnchairs be allowed at the Ottawa Bluesfest. The debate continues.
It does get annoying in some cases. I think they should charge $10 for each chair so that only the people who really need them will pay it and bring their chairs.
Only for the handicapped people. Otherwise it's mjust too much of a hussle for everybody else.
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
