Where's the mention of pressure cookers? or infrared ovens? You might try a bit harder on this topic next time- these devices save hugh amounts of cooking energy.

Some people fo not like pressure cookers as they can be dangerous and cause accidents.  My aunt broke her nose when the lid of her pressure cooker flew off in her face.
