Energy required to evaporate all water in a swimming pool

How much energy is required to evaporate all the water in a swimming pool of area 138 m2 and depth 2.8 m on a typical summer day? (Temp stays the same)(latent heat of vaporization is 2200 KJ/kg)

First find the mass of water:

m=p*A*h=1000kg/m**3*138m**2*2.8m=386400kg

With only vaporization of pool water (no heat used/added):

Q=m*latent heat of vaporization

Q=386400kg*2200000J/kg=850080000000J
