Energy drinks

I usually work till late. I have to keep a high concentration level most of the time. I drink a lot of energy drinks. They do serve me well. Is there any harm in drinking 3-4   a day(aprox. 1 liter)?

An exaggerated amount of energy drinks may cause electrolyte disturbances,

nausea, vomiting and hart irregularities. Most drinks have a warning label on the healthy amount you can consume, if there is no such label just change the brand you drink.

I switched from redbull to rockstar zero carb-no drop in blood sugar, so you don't crash, and it uses sucralose, rather than aspartame-which causes MS and Lupus symptoms.

Also check out atro-phex, from BSN. It works like ritalin for me-but without the heart palpatations.

My friend swears by those four-hr little bottles with a protien bar.
