Why would you pay for something you can get free from your friends, or even just reading articles online? It will give you more anxiety if you pay for something that wouldn't work in the long run. I suggest that you have at least an hour everyday to smell the air outside, read a good book, play SIMS or any funny games, talk to your friends and snuggle close to your loved one. Medications, doctors are the 2nd thing you can turn to if there's no one else, but then again facing the issue on a natural way is priceless.
