Cool Equal justice for All

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

This all depends on what part of Employment Discrimination law you are talking. As there are many fourms of it you need to be moeeeere explainatory with your question. As it is to  wide open for any determation of how it will be handled.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, Establish Justice,; insure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common defense, to promote the general Welare, and to Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitution of the United States of America.

There is a governmental agency, Federal and State (I believe), that processes these types of claims. My suggestion is ask the operator for Labor Complaints, or, better still, call city hall and ask for the name of that agency. I am sure that they will help you find what you are looking for. Hope that helps. Michael Joel Held

 I would research Disrcimination Law.

Search it make notes of the inquiery, and submit some detail to a representative that will not charge you like the one before. A Legal may be your only option. So Legalize yourself with the capacity of knowledge. Take the appropriation to standard court. and seek it your self if so. This source may be a free be as to Attourney fees. Law itself can be handled by anyone, it is the method pertaining the law, in this case it is Discrimination. Facts are to be represented, by whom is the case. The info you get from the search may even give representation of whom to seek. Try yahoo and search your title go to Wikipedia, they have most of the time a nice spread.

Don't just rock the boat, turn it over, if your not on it!

You probably have a State Human Rights Commission and a Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Their offices are usually around the area of the State Capitol. But first I would seek an Employee law Attorney. The first visits are usually free. Just to tell you if you have a case. Good Luck.
