Emma Watson's future outside of Harry Potter

I don't see why not.

She was pretty young in the first movies, and really grew into the role with the maturing of the characters. 

She still has two (well, three) movies to go to, so it rather depends on what she's going to do there. Book 7 gives her a pretty wide scope for acting, so she might have a better chance of showing the world she's not a kid anymore.

She will probably have to take her clothes off sometime. Somehow most actresses had to go through at least partial nude to get noticed.

I do not think she will have trouble getting other roles. She is like you said a very beautiful and talented actress. She was younger in some of those movies and now that she has matured she should be able to find other roles. Right now she can play teen roles and within time more mature roles, of course that means she will probably have to do some roles at least partially nude. many actress need to do that to shed certain type casting they had as they were younger.

If she does get casted in other movies then that's great for her, but the director(s) and the fans might expect a lot from her so that might put a lot of pressure on her.
