Email problems

I have a computer and a laptop, both have the same email address. When an email is sent to me it is received by either one or the other, why not both.  How do I rectify this?

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

The answer is either or.  You can set it to get e-mails in both or in one.  I have the same setting at home, I used to get e-mails in one of them and recently I decided I want to get the e-mails in both computers.  I did it by arranging the setting.  My comuters are connected by a router.
Best regards,

You have to set the option "Leave emails on server" in your email program. Set to leave emails for a couple of days, a little bit longer as the period of email checking. In example - if you check your emails once a week then set the 10 days period or so.

I have outlook express and after opening the program, after a very short period if time, when I hit send / receive the screen comes up all black.

If I click on to send a new message, it comes up however there is no background, can see right through it.

I hope I am expresssing this well enough.

Thank you

Retrieve permanently deleted email

I accidently "permanently" deleted a very important email. Is there anyway to retrieve it?

Email unavailable for two days...

Perhaps you could answer this, but as I cannot access my email, I cannot receive an answer to this via that method. For two days ...
