A:Buying a second hand electronic drum is much easier than buying a regular set of drums. because there are no tension rods and the heads are less sensetive, all there's left to check is whether the set is working or not. Play on it a bit, look for noises caused by bad contacts, exam the "box" itself for signs of abuse, and I guess that's it.
