LONDON - suggestions for must sees or hanging out...

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also where to travel from London for 2-3 days which is worthwhile. All of London is cool. Just jump on the Tube and go. Day trips out: my first choice . As for eating, I would recommend Gaucho's Grill (Argentine steaks & wines - fabulous) and a Lebanese place
