I haven't heard of women testing positive that early - day 8 is the earliest I've heard. On day 6, most women would still have the trigger shot in their system, so that positive could easily be false...
I am sure that by now you have the results, but for future reference, know that sometimes there is bleeding before you get the results and it can even be implantation bleeding. I had bleeding on day 11 post transfer and it turned out I was expecting twins (they're now 11 years old).
