Educational stimulus help

Can you tell me who in a community would be able to head me in the right direction to apply for financial aid to get online training to become a Notary.

Is there a web site where you can apply for this kind of help, possible a stimulus grant.  I was with the same company for 32 years and do not know how to proceed.

   I think that you need to go the closest community college and ask them

about the financial aids available.
