Editors, please fix the Month of Menus printing problem

I have to agree with everyone else here. I have an IT degree and even I couldn't get the darned thing to print correctly. For someone as technically savvy as myself not to be able to the software to act properly, that's unconsionable. What are the editors thinking? I'm not even sure that using this software is saving the company money. Can someone on the staff please explain to the users how we are supposed to change the resolution so that the image actually prints out in an 8 1/2 x 11 format and doesn't pixellate? Thank you!
