customer service for Edible Arrangements. I have been on the phone for the entire weekend attempting to get in touch with the store my fruit was delived from. That would be 145 Nassau Street, New York, NY 10038. I have been kept on the line for literally hours at a time. I just came home from the hospital and have neither the patience nor the time. This is incredible lack of customer service. I got a call from the store on Friday afternoon saying that the delivery person is at my house and I'm not answering the door. (1) I can't leave the house, (2) my neighbor saw the fellow sitting in the lobby of my building doing nothing. He asked the delivery person to whom he was delivering and he said me. By the time he got here (and he didn't know what he was doing, the fruit was defrosted (don't know what it was frozen in the first place and asked to use my phone. The fruit came spoiled and my office paid a lot of money for this arranement. I'm so disappointed I can't tell you. Thank goodness I work for the Mayor in lower Manhattan and I hope to be able to put a complaint in about this store. I'm so disappointed in your lack of service. The order # is 7381 and I'm sure they paid a lot of money. What can you do about this?
