The Brain of Jaak

There are two thoughts: it will slip as firms will not be able to focus on quality control for their services, or it will tighten as only the firms that deliver their products with excellent service will stay in business with cash strapped consumers who are more than willing not to part with their hard earned money in hard times.

I'm with the latter thought.
