I've read an article a few days ago, about bees which inexplicably disappear. Some suggested it may be a result of RF radiation which us, humans create. May someone, please, direct me to a comprehensive study on ecological effects caused directly from RF radiation ?
Interesting question. I've never heard of such a study and I couldn't find one. I've heard about studies that examined the influence of RF radiation on migrating birds, and you mentioned its influence on bees, but most of the other research on RF radiation is focusing on its influence on humans. If you find something else, I'll be happy to hear about it.

There is a study by researchers at the University in Landau, lead by Dr. Kuhn. A detailed description is available here

Unfortunately, it is (except for the abstract) in German. You find a discussion of it here
