Well, you could take more liquids during meals- juices, water, soda, what ever... And try to eat slowly, take your time... you could watch a movie alongside as u eat, or something f that sort; guess a little distraction will help. Aslo, may be going out to eat with friends atimes can help a little bit. Cos in the long run, u may end up to be over weight
sure u dont want that.
