Hi, Eating disorders have indeed become a universal issue, especially in cities where TV, media, movies, and other electronic channels have greater impact compare to smaller towns, and country-side. Apart from that, there are greater social and peer pressure in bigger cities to look slim and thin. However, I reckon it all started from western world, especially States.
