Easy cleaning for white vinyl strap patio furniture

My white vinyl strap patio furniture has become discolored. I used to clean it by scrubbing with scrub free with bleach but the older i get the more difficult it's become. Any solutions that can be sprayed on and washed off with a hose available out there?
