Where did the Easter Bunny come from?

Where did the Easter Bunny come from? I can't see any connection to the Biblical story of Resurrection.

the Easter bunny symbolizes the Mother Goddess from the Babylonian culture. It has little to do with the Christian biblical story but rather with symbols of fertility.
