Are Wal Mart's Earth Spirit shoes merely Earth Shoe knock offs, or are they made for Wal Mart by the Earth Shoes company?

All WalMart's web site would tell me is whether or not they have Earth Spirit shoes available. It would not tell me whether or not Earth Spirit shoes are made by Earth Shoes FOR Wal Mart.

'Earth Spirit' shoes appear to be manufactured by 'Earth,Inc' (check out link: http://www.mdishoes.com/earthspirit.asp
It is the same company that makes earth shoes with the kalso negative heel technology. Just bought a pair of 'Earth Spirit' women's boots (Summit style) and I am very happy with them, looks, price and comfort.
