By your fourth baby your body is probably more acquainted with the process, which for some women mean a shorter delivery and sometimes a shorter pregnancy. But this is not always the case, and every pregnancy and every delivery (and indeed every child) is unique and different and is independent of proior experience.

In other words, there's no guarantee.
