The 96 talon is a sweet ride I like the body style. This car has some issues Mitsubishi made this car with some quirks .You started off on the right track by changing all motor mounts tran mnts ball joints .How ever there are some other areas to look at .1 the front shocks may not be balanced this can occur if you lower the car ,2 the alignment may also be off ,3 if at speed of 55mph the car vibrates this could be a frame issue .was the car ever hit? 4 body kit not installed correctly.and 5 tire size and balancing ,are your rims/wheels properly balanced?.Hope this helps.
