A:Get used to the rattle. your brake rotors and pads shouldnt ever rattle... pads might squeak and the rotors might get worn down to thin to get re-ground or turned...... ball joints would be a pop and grind not a rattle. If it doesnt rattle at idle. Then your "ratteling over bumps" is simply that.... It rattels over a bump... Might have some gravel and dirt trapped in the frame.
