How to fix Ford front end rattle in 2005 Ford E350 after replacing ball joints, rotors and pads, still rattles over bumps

First guess would be to have the radial arm bushings checked.

Get used to the rattle. your brake rotors and pads shouldnt ever rattle... pads might squeak and the rotors might get worn down to thin to get re-ground or turned...... ball joints would be a pop and grind not a rattle. If it doesnt rattle at idle. Then your "ratteling over bumps" is simply that.... It rattels over a bump... Might have some gravel and dirt trapped in the frame.
