To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy.

BTA stands for basic travel allowance and is a scam. There is absolutely no requirement to present money before boarding a plane. You are being lied to. The vast majority of people clearing Passport Control are never asked this type of question. Look up BTA on Google and you will see what I am talking about.
