Hi, I am a South African, employed by an international company. The agreement reached between myself and the company is that during next year (mid to end) I will relocate to Dubai. The company currently pays me R85k per month, but I have been told in Dubai they will take care of housing and kids education (two kids). What salary should I negotiate when relocating?
