I understand that its so hard to quit once you become addicted to drugs and alcohol. But here's the tip, once you realized that you've been destroying yourself with drugs and alcohol, seek for counseling. Then if they advise you to have drug and alcohol rehabilitation go for it and make your life rebuild again.
