Drug Test

I'm very worried about a recent drug test. I do not use drugs but I got ahold of some Ketamine and wanted to try it out. I used a very small amount only 1cc of it intramuscularly. I heard that most urine test do not show up for ketamine but GOOGLE told me that it can make a urine test test POSITIVE for PCP.... Is this true? Do you guys think i will fail my drug test? I only used a small amount i dont even know if it will be enough to trace but it was the very NEXT day.... eeek i could use some advice here. Thanks

Depending on the job, a positive (or false positive) may not completely prohibit you from being hired or continuing employment. If it comes back positive, talk to your employer and explain the facts. Offer to take the test again in a few weeks. Emphasize your good qualities and the fact that you are clean. If you make your case successfully, even a failed drug test is not the end of the world.

Any history of drug use is potentially disqualifying for the military. You will probably need a waiver if the test comes back positive. If you can convince the military that you have no history of dependency, and if you can get a waiver for the "history of drug use," you may still be accepted. Wait for the result, and if there is a problem, tell the truth and follow the process.

Journalist Dodges 20 Years in Singapore...

Australian journalist Peter Lloyd is a free man today. Drug trafficking charges against him in Singapore were dropped on Tuesday. Here's more. STORY: Journalist Peter Lloyd's lawyer says Lloyd will plead guilty to lesser charges. [Hamidul Haq, Peter Lloyd's Lawyer]: "We raised certain points. Attorney General's office duly considered these points and after due consideration they've decided to withdraw the trafficking charge against my client. So he is not going to face any trafficking charge as such. In respect of other charges that Peter faces, he is remorseful about them and he would be taking a plea of guilt for some of these charges. Haq did not comment on why the Singapore attorney general charged his client. Llyod could have faced up to 20 years in jail for trafficking drugs. Lloyd is a New Delhi-based correspondent for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He was arrested in Singapore on July 16 and charged with possessing and selling about 1 gram of methamphetamine. He also faces additional charges including one count of possessing tools containing traces of ketamine, one count of possession of tools containing traces of methamphetamine, and one count of consumption of methamphetamine without authorization. Singapore's drug laws are among the world's toughest. Anyone caught carrying more than 15 grams of heroin, 30 grams of cocaine, 500 grams of cannabis or 250 grams of methamphetamine faces a mandatory death sentence by hanging. Lloyd is scheduled to be sentenced on December 2.
