My computer is connected to a Linksys Wireless WRT54G router. Should I have my Broadcom 440X 10/100 Int. Controller activated also? It is now disabled.

If you are using the wireless adapter to connect to you router, you can disable the 10/100 ethernet card and the wireless would work fine.

If you are connected to your Router through a cable (ethernet Cable), then you need to have you 10/100 Etherent Adapter enabled on your computer.  If you doing Wireless you need to have you wireless adapter enabled.  The Linksys Routers are pretty much plug and play.  Just plug you internet conneciton into the WAN port on the router, and run a wire from the computer to the Switch side of the router.  Any question you can email me:

Thanks for the answer; but I am already receiving signal from router via adapter, and my computer works fine.  I guess my question should be:   Do I really need to enable my integrated controller?  It seems like I don't need it ????
