My son is 19. He lives in VA. He took classroom instruction last year but never got his permit nor has he taken behind the wheel. What is the fastest way for him to get his license.
I have to go with the system on this one. Get his permit, practice behind the wheel with his dad,(in Pa. thats 150 hours) take the test. Heres a statistic for you and your son. 80% of fatal accidents are with drivers under the age of 21. Do you want your son to be one of those statistics. He needs to develope good driving habits before he gets his lisence. Thats what the 150 hours is all about. Driving is a privilege not a right.
