Is your drip sound coming from a "wet" wall, that is were plumbing is run, or drains from a shower or bathtub, sink, etc.? If not, has it rained recently when you hear this sound? We had a similar leak inside our wall next to a fireplace, when husband went into attic, we discovered we had a roof leak and the water was running down a roof beam and dripping into the wall next to the fireplace. We were able to repair the roof without tearing into the wall. Good Luck, Lisa
