what makes one side of face draw down and tongue come out and hand curl up while intoxicated? I have a friend who will literally spaz out and look retarded when she gets drunk but she can go wash her face with cold water and she looks normal again. She always says it was because she was stressed and will not admit it was the over twelve mugs of beer she drank in a couple of hours.
