Drink allot of gatorade

is gatorade healthy to drink?

How much is 'alot'? If you drink it moderately during sport activity I guess it's okay, given the fact that your body is in need for minerals, But gatorade, as any other soft drink or soda is not a substitute for water. 

Gatorade is loaded with sodium, which can cause several health problems if consumed excessively. Gatorade also consists a large amount of sugar which is not so good for your teeth.

yes i do think it is a healthy drink to drink. it helps you stay from getting deydrated and keep you going on through your workout.
