Should Drew direct Eclipse?

Is it a mistake if Drew Barrymore directs Eclipse just so they can start filming it straight after New Moon?  Is she a good choice?

I love Drew and think that she is an amazing actress. I'm not sure however, if she is the best choice as the director of Eclipse. She has only directed one movie so far, and it hasn't even come out yet. Also, I'm not sure if Twilight is the right genre for her.

Much as I cannot wait to see New Moon and Eclipse, I think it is mistake to rush these things and they could really mess them up.  It is bad enough that the director from Twilight quit because they were not giving her enough of a budget or timetable to make New Moon the way she wanted to.

I dont get it, they make so much money from these movie, why do they have to be so tight!

she should, she'll make it interesting. The guy who's directing New Moon i think personally sucks. Golden Compass sucked
