from what i understand dreams are our subconcious going through information, basically it would discribe your inner most deepest thoughts and feeling but put it in simple imagery, and wouldn't just be from that day, as something that happened wks, months, years ago can still play on your mind and have great impact.
eg you dream you are a lost bird and you feel scared, suddenly you see the rest of the birds flocking and you try to catch them up but struggle.....
this would probably be interpreted as you feel left out at work, as you don't fit in the team around you no matter how you try.
so any dreams you have, try to understand the feelings and relate those feelings to something in your life, also the objects or people eg to see grass in a dream suggests there is something in you feel you can rely on
ect
this is hard to do though, if you are really interested in your dreams try information online or by a book, there are loads out there and could be of interest.
